Why is my location needed?
QuickPon uses your location to send you timely notifications when you're near a store offering a deal or if you have an unused reward waiting to be redeemed. This ensures you can take full advantage of offers and rewards without missing out.
Why are my notifications needed?
Enabling notifications ensures you’re alerted about nearby deals, reminded of unused rewards, and informed the moment you earn a new reward, so you never miss an opportunity to save or redeem.

How do I sign up for SMS/MMS alerts from QuickPon?
You can sign up for SMS/MMS alerts during the registration process on our app or website by checking the box to agree to receive promotional messages. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages, such as discounts and special offers from local businesses.
If you ever want to stop receiving these messages, simply text STOP to our short-code.

How do I terminate my Quickpon account?
We're sorry to see you go. To deactivate your account, kindly submit a deactivation request through our support center, and we'll handle the process for you. Please be aware that once your account is removed from our system, you won't be able to create another account using the same credentials. If you wish to create an account in the future, you'll need to contact our support team for assistance.

Once your deal has been approved, you can view and access your reward in the "Rewards" section of the app. All your earned rewards are conveniently stored there, ready for you to redeem.
What if I don’t see my reward?
If your reward doesn’t appear and you believe you’ve met the requirements, please contact our support team through the app. We’ll review your transaction details and promptly resolve the issue to ensure you receive the reward you’ve earned.

Can I limit the number of deals being used?
When adding a new deal, you have the option to set a budget or limit on the number of times you'd like your customers to use it. Each customer can only use a deal once, ensuring fairness and preventing misuse. The use of a flat rate fee for each deal utilized allows you to precisely track your expenses and measure your return on investment (ROI).

Do QuickPon deals expire?
Yes, each deal you create on QuickPon must have a defined start and expiration date. You can adjust the expiration date at any time using our deal editor if you need to extend or shorten the availability of the deal.

How does the reward redemption process work?
All QuickPon rewards are promptly delivered to the customer within the app immediately after a deal has been successfully used and verified. For in-store rewards, you will supply the reward in various forms such as QR codes, gift cards, vouchers, digital codes, and more. To prevent misuse, we provide a QR code and/or digital code for customers to scan or enter during reward redemption. Once the reward is utilized, it is blocked from further use by the customer.
In the case of online rewards, you will need to furnish the customer with a promo code(s) or any other redemption method for use on your website. Alternatively, you can direct them to your website for verification and reward distribution.

Will I be able to see the number of deals being used?
Absolutely, you can easily access information about the purchase amount and the date of each purchase through the QuickPon Admin. Additionally, we provide you with real-time reports, giving you insights into the total number of deals used, the total rewards distributed, and the total sales generated.

Do Rewards Expire?
As the rewards are created by your business, the decision of whether or not to add an expiration date is entirely at your discretion. However, we do recommend providing customers with at least a 3-month window to redeem a reward if you choose to set an expiration date. This timeframe ensures that customers have ample time to benefit from the reward and encourages their engagement with your business.
How can my business allow location based deal notifications to be sent to potential customers?
To activate location-based deal notifications, simply create a deal for your store and provide the address. We'll then send alerts to potential customers within a proximity range of up to 1,000 feet, depending on your business size and local environment.

What are the cost to use QuickPon?
QuickPon operates on a performance-based pricing model, meaning you only pay when a customer redeems a deal. The cost is either a small percentage of the deal's value or a flat-rate fee, depending on the type of deal and your business size. This ensures a cost-effective and flexible solution with no upfront expenses.

How often does QuickPon bill?
Our billing process is straightforward. We will invoice you on the first day of each month until your deal either expires or reaches its predefined budget. This method ensures transparency and a hassle-free payment process throughout the duration of your deal.

To modify an existing deal, simply click on the edit button located on the deal page. This will grant you access to make any necessary changes to your deal. Please keep in mind that deal edits may take up to 48 hours to be updated and reflected in the app.

If you wish to remove an existing deal, simply click the "remove deal" button on the edit deal page. We will then initiate the process of removing your deal. Please be aware that deal cancellations may take up to 48 hours to be updated in the app. This ensures a smooth and orderly procedure for managing your deals.
